Social Dancing

Social dancing is the most popular form of partner dancing because it involves dancing to your favorite styles of music. Social dancing improves both mental and physical health, and is a wonderful way to meet new people. Some examples of social dances are Salsa, Bachata, Hustle, Lindy Hop, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Hip Hop, Bollywood, and Brazilian Dances (Samba, Zouk, Forro).

Yoga – A sequence of movement patterns incorporating strength, balance, and mobility. Beginner and advanced options are offered to include inversions, back-bends, balancing lifts and accelerated transitions. Benefits include improved joint stability, an increase in strength, greater range of motion, and enhanced motor control. Yoga mat is recommended.

Stretching and Conditioning – A therapeutic based exercise class designed to awaken the spirit and guide your body into a place of relaxation, strength and wellness. The instructor uses therapeutic movement and hands-on assisted stretches to help release tension, improve flexibility, joint mobility and postural alignment.

FitDance –  A fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a fun, dynamic and exciting workout. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
